UNDER THE ENABLING LEGISLATION FOR OUR FORMER GOVERNMENT, BEING A CLASS SIX CITY ON THE PLANNING COMMISSION, THE MAYOR AS A REPRESENTATIVE THAT SERVES FOR THE MAYOR ON THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND JANET JAEGER HAS DONE A FANTASTIC JOB SERVING AS MY REPRESENTATIVE ON THE PLANNING COMMISSION. THIS MONTH WILL BE HER FINAL MEETING ON THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND SHE WILL BE MOVING AWAY FROM THE CITY LIMITS OF AUBURN AS OF JANUARY THE 1ST. I HAVE ASKED PHILLIP CHANSLER TO COME BACK ONTO THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND HE HAS AGREED TO DO THAT AND SO JUST INFORMING THE COUNCIL TONIGHT AND THE COMMUNITY THAT MR. CHANSLER WILL BE RETURNING TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION BEGINNING ON JANUARY 1 AND I'M EXCITED ABOUT HIS EFFORTS AND HIS WORK AND HE WILL BE THE MAYOR'S REPRESENTATIVE.
