IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE RESPECTIVE WATER MAINS JUSTIN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TESTING EACH WATER LINE TO MAKE SURE IT MEETS THE WATER WORKS ASSOCIATION, ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT, AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC DRINKING WATER. DUE TO JUSTIN'S HARD WORK AND DEDICATION HE WAS PROMOTED IN JUNE 2021.
