>>PLEASE PICK >>THE HIGH SCHOOL AUBURN BLAZE FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA ARE CURRENTLY IN MONTGOMERY. AT THE STATE CONVENTION. AND THERE ARE SEVERAL TEAMS THAT ARE COMPETING AND HOPEFULLY BRINGING SOME EWIDE AWARDS FOR OUR FUTURE FARMERS

OF AMERICA AT AUBURN HIGH SCHOOL. >>THANK YOU.

ANYONE ELSE? >>MR. MAYOR? >>YES PLEASE.

>>OUR COUNCIL MEETING TODAY JUST HAPPENS TO FALL ON THE 79TH ANNIVERSARY OF D ÃDAY.

ON JUNE 6, 1944, ALLIED FORCES LANDED ON THE COAST OF NORMANDY.

IT WAS THE LARGEST SEABORNE INVASION IN HISTORY. THE OBJECTIVE WAS TO FREE FRANCE AND THEN EUROPE AND THEY DID. BUT THE COST WAS HIGH AND THE BEACHES WERE LINED AND HEAVILY DEFENDED AND 10,000 ALLIED TROOPS DIED THAT DAY ALONE.

2400 OF THEM WERE FROM THE UNITED STATES. IT TOOK A WEEK OF HUGE CASUALTIES FOR THE ALLIES TO GAIN A FOOTHOLD. THERE'S AN AMERICAN CEMETERY AT NORMANDY. IT'S ON A SIX MILE STRETCH OF BEACH CODE-NAMED OMAHA BEACH.

THERE ARE 9306 AMERICAN SERVICEMEN BURIED THERE. AND I HOPE TO SEE IT ONE DAY.

THESE YOUNG MEN CHANGED THE WORLD THROUGH THEIR COURAGE. I JUST WANT TO HONOR AND REMEMBER THEM TODAY. AND BY THE WAY ÃÃMORE THAN 2500 AUSTRALIANS TOOK PART IN THE DAY. ACCORDING TO MY RESEARCH.

>>ANYONE ELSE? >>SURE KELLY. I'D LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR THAT COMMEMORATION THERE. ONE OF MY FATHER WAS ONE OF THE PARATROOPERS GOING AND ON THE NIGHT FOR THE BEACHES. THE OTHER THING I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION FOR OUR NEXT MEETING, WE WILL HAVE 14 JUNE, WHICH WILL BE THE 248TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE FOUNDING OF THE UNITED STATES ARMY. SO THAT DATE COINCIDES WITH FLAG DAY.

SO KEEP THAT IN MIND. THE ARMY HAS BEEN AND WILL BE THERE TO DEFEND ALL THIS IN THE FUTURE. SO, THAT'S A GREAT THING. 248 YEARS.HE OLDEST SERVICE.

>>YES. THANK YOU. ANYONE ELSE?

>>THANKS FOR SHARING THAT MR. MAYOR. ON A BROADLY LIGHTER NOTE AND IT GOING THE PRO TEM WITNESS COMMENTS ABOUT COMPETITION. THE AUBURN FIRE DEPARTMENT FIELDED A TEAM TO GO TO OPELIKA LAST WEEK AND I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO BE A PART OF THE AUDIENCE. AT THE BERG AWARDS COMPETITION WHERE THE REIGNING CHAMPION'S AND THE LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENT PREVAILED AGAIN FOR THE SECOND YEAR RUNNING.

I GOT FAITH IN OUR URBAN GUYS. WE JUST HAVE TO GET BACK THERE NEXT YEAR.

[LAUGHTER] I REALLY ENJOYED IT. IT WAS ONE OF THOSE RARE OPPORTUNITIES ROY GET THE WORD TWO HATS AND FOR BOTH TEAMS. O IT WAS GREAT.

>>IF I MAY FROM A HEALTH AND INSURANCE PERSPECTIVE, WE ARE OKAY WITH THEM NOT WINNING.

[LAUGHTER] >>ALL RIGHT, ANYONE ELSE? OKAY.

[5. AUBURN UNIVERSITY COMMUNICATIONS]

WE WILL MOVE AHEAD WITH AUBURN UNIVERSITY COMMUNICATIONS. >>GOOD AFTERNOON.

>>GOOD AFTERNOON. >>OVER THE PAST FEW WEEKS, SEVEN AUBURN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS HAD BEEN AWARDED THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE SMART SCHOLARSHIP.

IT PROVIDES FULL TUITION FOR UP TO FIVE YEARS. I STAYED IN SUMMER INTERNSHIP AS WELL AS FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT UPON GRADUATION. AND FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE DEFENSE CONTRACTING, THAT MONEY IS NOT GOING AWAY ANYTIME SOON.

IT'S REALLY GOOD TO GET THESE AUBURN STUDENTS IN EARLY BEFORE LEAVING GRADUATE.HESE REALLY PRESTIGIOUS CAREERS GOING INTO HUNTSVILLE TO WORK WITH THE AGENCY AND STUFF.

SO REALLY EXCITED TO WORK WITH THE STUDENTS AND FOR THEM TO BE PERSONA.

ALSO FORBES MAGAZINE HAS RECOGNIZED AUBURN UNIVERSITY IS ONE OF THE BEST EMPLOYERS FOR NEW GRADUATES, WHICH IS ALWAYS A GOOD THING I GUESS AND FOR THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW ÃÃ AUBURN UNIVERSITY HAS BEEN RECOGNIZED BY THE INTERCOLLEGIATE CLIENT ASSOCIATION AS THE ALL-AROUND MOST OUTSTANDING COLLEGIATE AVIATION PROGRAM IN THE NATION.

SO AS AN AVIATION STUDENT MYSELF, THIS IS KIND OF LIKE THE STANLEY CUP FOR AVIATION PROGRAMS. [LAUGHTER] HEY HAVE THIS HUGE LOW-END TROPHY. EVERY SCHOOL THAT'S EVER GOTTEN BEFORE.

THE ORIGINAL JUDGES WERE CHARLES LINDBERGH AND PEOPLE LIKE THAT.

OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS Ã TEST WAS WON BY LIBERTY. I THINK THREE OR FOUR YEARS IN A ROW FINALLY. IT'S COMING BACK TO AUBURN. ALONG WITH HUGH FREEZE AS WELL.

THAT SOMETHING TO BE EXCITED ABOUT.

[00:15:01]

[LAUGHTER] FINALLY ÃTHIS CAMP REGALED DISCUSSION OF THE SESSION TOMORROW WILL BE FINISHING UP THURSDAY. OTHER THAN THAT ÃÃTHAT'S ALL

FOR ME AND [INDISCERNIBLE] >>LORI, THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

THIS TIME IS THE OPPORTUNITY FOR CITIZENS TO MAKE IT WITH ITEMS ON TONIGHT'S AGENDA.

THIS IS ONLY ABOUT AN ITEM ON TONIGHT'S AGENDA. SO ÃÃIF YOU'D LIKE TO SPEAK TO THE CITY COUNCIL ANYTHING ON THE AGENDA TONIGHT ÃÃPLEASE COME FORWARD AND GIVE US YOUR

NAME AND ADDRESS FOR THE RACK AND WE WILL HAVE FIVE MINUTES. >>SO RYAN ÃÃYOU ARE THE

MAYOR, CORRECT? >>THAT'S WHAT THEY SAY. >>THAT PUT YOUR NAME STAKE SAYS. ARE YOU AWARE THAT A BLACK MAN ÃÃA COLOR MYSELF RICARDO GARY

DIED AND POLICE CUSTODY WITHOUT A CRIME. >>THIS POINT IN TIME IS ABOUT

SPEAKING ABOUT ITEMS ON THE AGENDA. >>PUBLIC SAFETY IS NOT ON THE

AGENDA ANYWHERE? >>NO, THERE'S NOTHING ON THE INTERNET.

IT'S SPECIFICALLY THE ITEMS ON THE AGENDA TONIGHT. THERE WILL BE A TIME AT THE END

[7. CITY MANAGER’S COMMUNICATIONS. ]

OF THE MEETING FOR YOU TO ADDRESS THE CITY COUNCIL ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE TO PRINT >SUBTEST IS SLOW TO BE HERE AT THE END. I WILL WAIT TILL THE END THAN.

>>YES. ANYONE? OKAY.

WE WILL MOVE FORWARD. SENIOR MANAGER COMMUNICATIONS. >>UNDER CITY MANAGEMENTS COMMUNICATIONS, WITH TWO VACANCIES ON THE DOWNTOWN AUTHORITY ON JUNE 19 AND ON JUNE 18, 2029. WITH THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF ONE VACANCY ON THE INDIAN PINES RECREATION AUTHORITY. THE TERM WILL BEGIN UPON APPOINTMENT AND AND JUNE 2027.

APPLICATIONS OPEN FOR BOTH POSITIONS TOMORROW ON THE CITY'S WEBSITE AND APPOINTMENTS FOR BOTH BOARDS WILL BE MADE JULY 11 MEETING. OUR FIRST ITEM OF BUSINESS IS A CONSENT AGENDA. ANY COUNCILMEMBER WISH TO REMOVE AN ITEM FROM THE CONSENT

[8.b.4. One Bike, LLC d/b/a One Bike Coffee. 040 – Retail Beer (On or Off Premises) and 060 – Retail Table Wine (On or Off Premises) ABC Licenses. 1100 South College Street, Unit 106.]

AGENDA AND DO WHAT THAT ITEM INDIVIDUALLY? >>ANYONE?>>YES.

>>ITEM NUMBER EIGHT BRAVO FOUR. >>8B4. >>ANYONE ELSE? OKAY. 8B4 POINT >LETTER 8B4 IS FROM ONE LLC DOING BUSINESS ONE BY COFFEE FOR RETAIL BEER ON AND OFF PREMISE AND RETAIL TABLE ONE ON OR OFF PREMISE.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE REPLICATED AT 100 S. COLLEGE STREET UNIT 106 PER

>>MOVE FOR APPROVAL. >>SECOND. >>MOTION FOR A SECOND.

[INDISCERNIBLE] >>ITEM TUTORIAL ON THIS, BUT I JUST DID NOT QUITE GET IT.

IS THE POINT OF THIS LICENSE WHERE IT SAYS ON AND OFF PREMISES FOR RETAIL BEER AND RETAIL ONE? DOES THAT MEAN THAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO SELL MINE WITH A CAP ON

IT? OUT THE DOOR? >>SO ÃÃTHERE IS ONLY TWO TYPES OF LICENSES FOR BEER OR WINE AND IT'S THE ALABAMA ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD DEFINES THEM. IT'S ONE FOR OFF PREMISE SALES ONLY.

WHICH WOULD BE FOR GROCERY STORES ÃÃMINIMART STATUS WHAT HAVE YOU.

WHERE WERE ONLY BUYING BEER OR WINE THERE AND YOU'RE CARRYING IT SOMEWHERE ELSE IT'S LAWFUL TO CONSUME IT. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE ON PREMISE CONSUMPTION ÃÃTHEREFORE YOU WANT TO SERVE BEER OR WINE INSIDE YOUR BUSINESS ÃÃTHE ONLY OTHER LICENSING CHOICE IS JUST BEER AND WINE AND LEAVE LIQUOR OUT OF IT. THE ONLY OTHER LICENSING CHOICES IS THE LICENSE CATEGORY THAT ALLOWS FOR ON AND OFF PREMISE SALES.

DOESN'T MEAN THAT YOU ARE GOING TO SELL IT FOR OFF PREMISE CONSUMPTION.

IT JUST MEANS THAT YOU HAVE THAT ABILITY. THERE ISN'T ANY SUCH LICENSING CATEGORY. SO ÃÃI DO NOT ENLIST THE REPRESENTATIVE IS HERE KNOW IF THEY INTEND TO SELL. ANYBODY FROM ONE BY COFFEE HERE? NOT? I DON'T KNOW IF THEY INTEND TO SEND ANYTHING FOR OFF PREMISE CONSUMPTION. BUT BECAUSE THAT'S A LICENSING CHOICE ÃÃIF THAT WAS THE ONLY THING THAT THEY WANT TO DO IS SELL CLOSED BOTTLES OF WINE AND BEER FOR PEOPLE TO TAKE AWAY Ã DISTANTLY THEY WOULD APPLY FOR AN OFF PREMISE ONLY LICENSE. THEREFORE ÃÃMY BELIEF IS THEY

AT LEAST WANT TO SERVE ON PREMISE. >>OKAY, THANK YOU.

[8. CONSIDERATION OF CONSENT AGENDA.]

ANY OTHER QUESTIONS? REX AND EMOTION AND A SECOND ALL IN FAVOR WE SAY I.

SO THE ROLE OF ALL OF THOSE. >>FOR ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES AND PUBLIC WERE FROM A FURNISHINGS PERSPECTIVE NOW ÃÃ YOU WILL SEE OTHER THINGS COMING FOR THE SUMMER.

WE BUDGETED YOU NOT JUST EXTRA FURNITURE ÃÃFIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT.

SO ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES HAS A LOT OF EQUIPMENT BASED ON OUR FLEET MAINTENANCE THAT WILL STILL COME BEFORE YOU AND OTHER THINGS FROM I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS COMPRESSORS OR OTHER ITEMS LISTED AND OTHER THINGS WHATEVER IS NOT INCLUDED IN THAT AND YOU LOOK AT ME AND SAY THAT'S INCLUDED IN THE BILLING. ENTIRE CAROUSELS ALL KIND OF THINGS THAT HAVE TO HAPPEN.

SOME MORE CONTRACTS COMING OVER THE SUMMER. THESE WERE ALL BUDGETED AND EXPECTED. AND I ALSO WANT TO COMMEND THE STAFF THAT THEY PARE DOWN A GOOD BIT OF THE FURNITURE THAT THEY COULD HAVE PURCHASED AND ARE MOVING THINGS INSTEAD OF LEAVING THE BEHIND ÃÃTHEY ARE REUSING A GOOD BIT OF THE EXISTING THINGS THAT THEY HAVE.

SO JUST AS WE ARE ALWAYS GREAT STEWARDS OF THE PACK STARED DOLLAR.

>>THIS RESOLUTION COMBINES TWO SEPARATE POLICIES? >>ABSOLUTELY, YES.

ABSOLUTELY. >>THANK YOU. >>THIS WAY SEE THE RESOLUTION REPORTS TO STATE CONTRACT AND SEPARATE ELEMENTS COMBINED INTO ONE JUST SO WE CLARIFIED IT.

[00:25:01]

ABOUT THESE LIFE OF THE PARKING DECK. EVERY TIME YOU DO THIS, IS EXTENSIVE 10 YEARS. I ANTICIPATE TO SIGNAL FROM ICY IN THE NEXT 10 YEARS ÃÃI'M NOT SURE FROM 10 YEARS FROM NOW THAT WE PLAN TO SPEND THIS LEVEL OF MONEY.

THAT DECK WAS BUILT IN THE MID 80S AND IT'S BEGINNING TO DETERIORATE.

IT'S STRUCTURALLY SAFE AND THESE THINGS WILL HELP IT AND IT RAINS ON MULTIPLE LEVELS OF THE DUCT THAT ARE COVERED IF YOU ARE ON THE FIRST FLOOR FOR THE SECOND FLOOR IF IT RAINS IN YOUR CAR. NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO. WATER DRIPPED FROM THE CEILING AND WHAT HAVE YOU. THE I ÃTHIS EVERYBODY ASKS ME I DON'T THINK $400,000 FOR 10 YEARS OF USEFUL LIFE IS A BAD INVESTMENT ON OUR PART AT 40,000 A YEAR.

IT'S NOT A BAD DEAL. OVER TIME WE WILL BEGIN TO DISCUSS IF WE DO ELIMINATE THAT AND WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE IN THE FUTURE SOMETHING ELSE TO GET THERE.

NOTHING WE WOULD PUT PARKING DECK. I'M JUST SAYING THAT WE MAY

I AM SURE YOU DID AND IT WAS NOT ADDRESSED BY YOU. AND ON BEHALF OF THE BLACK COMMUNITY ÃÃI SPEAK FOR EVERYBODY AS TO SAY THAT A LOT OF THINGS GO ON THAT ARE UNJUST WITH THE PUBLIC SAFETY.

AND THAT'S ALL I HAVE TO SAY. >>THANK YOU. I JUST WANT TO STOP AND MAKE THIS STATEMENT REAL QUICK. AS AN ELECTED OFFICIAL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, I'M CERTAINLY MINDFUL OF THE TRAGIC LOSS OF RICARDO GARY AND THE SADNESS THAT HIS FAMILY HAS EXPERIENCED AND WILL CONTINUE TO EXPERIENCE. AND FOR THAT, DAVID MY DEEPEST CONDOLENCES. HOWEVER ÃÃBECAUSE OF THE THREAT OF LITIGATION AGAINST THE CITY BY MR. GARY'S FAMILY Ã ÃI'VE BEEN ADVISED AND WE HAVE ALL BEEN ADVISED BY THE CITY'S ATTORNEY'S OFFICE TO NOT MAKE ANY COMMENT ABOUT THE INCIDENT AT THIS TIME.

WHO WILL BE NEXT? >>ROBERT WILKINS, 261 DENSELY DRIVE IN AUBURN ALABAMA.

GOOD EVENING MAYOR AND COUNCIL. THE AUBURN CITY COUNCIL MADE 1/16 EMOTIONAL DECISION INSTEAD OF A FINANCIAL DECISION. 741 ABSTAINED AND ONE VOTED TO GIVE THE CITY MANAGER $35,000 RAISE. WHEN MANY OF US CANNOT EVEN PAY OUR BILLS.

217 TEST IS 15,000 NOT ENOUGH TO MANAGE THE SEVENTH LARGEST CITY IN ALABAMA AND THE NINTH FASTEST GROWING CITY IN ALABAMA?ND JUST FOUR YEARS Ã THIS WE WILL PAY THE MAYOR $1 MILLION INCLUDING $200,000 IN BENEFITS. ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE ALL THE CITY EMPLOYEES A 16 PERCENT RAISE? IS THIS GOOD STEWARDSHIP OF THE CITY MONEY? HOW MUCH DUE DILIGENCE HAS BEEN DONE BY THE CITY COUNCIL? I'M NOT EVEN SURE HOW MANY EMPLOYEES ARE ON THE CITY OF AUBURN.

220 ÃÃFEBRUARY 20, 2021 Ã DOES THE WEBSITE OPEN GO PAY SAYS THAT WE HAVE 560 EMPLOYEES PER THE WEBSITE SAYS WE HAVE 700+ AND YOU MAYOR ÃÃLAST COUNCIL MEETING SAID NEARLY

[00:30:01]

900. I WANT TO ASK WHAT THESE THREE PEOPLE HAVE IN COMMON.

MEGAN ÃÃMCALLEN AND DETROIT. AND CLAIRE STEWART. FIRST OF ALL, THEY ARE'S EXCELLENT CITY EMPLOYEES. AND ALSO IN 2021 ÃÃTHEY WERE THE HIGHEST PAID EMPLOYEES OF ANY CITY IN THE STATE OF ALABAMA. BESIDES ALL THE GROWTH IN AUBURN, INFLATION ALONE HAS INCREASED GROWTH SALES. SEVEN PERCENT 21 AND 6 AND A HALF AND 22. THE PROPERTY TAX THAT I HAVE PERSONALLY HAS INCREASED NEARLY 40 PERCENT IN THE YEAR THAT I'VE BEEN HERE IN AUBURN. MAY BE THE WRITER THAT I SAT BY THAT I KNOW FROM THE AUBURN LOOK-ALIKE IN CAN SAVE THE OVERPAID CITY EMPLOYEES COMPARED TO OTHER CITY EMPLOYEES PER THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, AVERAGE WAGE IS 50,048. THIS WAS ALL IN 2021. 2567 EMPLOYEES.

IN THE CITY OF MONTGOMERY AVERAGES 34,000 FOR ALL THREE WITH 237 EMPLOYEES.

BUT THE CITY OF AUBURN AVERAGE WAGE IS 64,000 $713 WITH 500 EMPLOYEES.

MAYBE THEY CAN TELL US HOW MUCH WE SPENT WITH THE ENFORCEMENT OF 3288.

THE LEGAL LOSS OF REVENUE WITH 451 FAMILIES. SOME DISPLACEMENT OVER THE TAX REVENUE LOSS. PLEASE INCREASE OUR GROCERY SALES TAX TO THE STATE OF ALABAMA IS DOING. PLEASE. PLEASE FIGURE IT OUT COUNCIL.

IT'S ABOUT TIME CITIZENS GET A RAISE. THANK YOU.

>>WHO WILL BE NEXT? >>YOU'VE GOT A BRUTAL JOB THERE MAYOR.

ROBERT GRANTHAM, 329 GRANTHAM QUAY RIDGE. ON THE HOA COMMITTEE BOARD MEMBER THERE. AS MANY OF YOU MAY OR MAY NOT KNOW, MORE BILL BOARDS HAVE BEEN CONSTRUCTED ON NORTH DONAHUE. THIS CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA HAS DRAWN A LOT OF ATTENTION. NOT JUST IN SECTION 3, BUT THROUGHOUT OUR CITY.

THE PETITION I CREATED HAS BEEN SEEN OVER 11,000 TIMES. IT'S BEEN SHARED OVER 338 TIMES AND THIS A FEW MINUTES AGO Ã THIS IS BEEN SUPPORTED OVER 907 TIMES HAVE BEEN SIGNED.

LOCALLY AND GETTING MORE SUPPORT DAILY. THIS PETITION IS CONCENTRATED NOT ON ONE SECTION OR AREA OF AUBURN JUSTICE IT'S CONCENTRATED ON BOARDS ONE INDIVIDUAL GROUP. IT'S MORE FOCUSED ON CITYWIDE. BECAUSE THERE'S A CONCERN THAT ALL OF THESE BILLBOARDS AND WHATNOT ARE GOING TO BE TAKEN OVER BY OUR CITY.

I'M HERE THIS EVENING TO ASK THIS COUNSEL TO SUPPORT ANNEXATION OF LEE COUNTY HIGHLANDS BY WORKING WITH THE CITY CITY LEE COUNTY COMMISSION.

TO HAVE THE REVIEW OF THEIR BUILDING CODES AND ENSURE WHEN A LANDOWNER SEEKS ANNEXATION, THE ANNEX 100 PERCENT OF THE PROPERTY TO LIMIT THE ISLANDS LIKE THE ONES THAT WE'VE SEEN

>>THANK YOU. >>COOL BE NEXT? >>MORE EFFICIENT.07 COMMITTEE DRIVE. OBSCENE BOOKS REMAIN IN THE AUBURN PUBLIC LIBRARY.

ANYONE WHO WANTS TO FIGHT THIS AND REMOVE THEM FROM THE SHELVES SEE ME AFTER THIS MEETING. THE BOOKS ARE HARMFUL AND SIMPERING SORROW.

BUT NOW LET'S TALK OF BETTER THINGS. A GOOD BOOK.

THE MONTH OF JUNE IS DEVOTED TO THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS. THE SACRED HEART THAT HAS BEEN SO LOVED MAN. ONE DROP OF HIS HOLY BLOOD HAS GREAT POWER.

HE OFFERS ALL PEOPLE TRUE LOVE AND HEALING BETTER YET ÃÃHE OFFERS EVERLASTING LIFE AND ETERNAL BLISS AND FELICITY IN HEAVEN ÃÃHE COVERS ALL OF OUR SINS.

HE OPENS THE DOOR OF HEAVEN FOR THOSE WHO TRUST HIS BLOOD ATONEMENT.

WHAT ATONEMENT. JUNE IS THE MONTH OF THE SACRED HEART.

JUNE 16 IS THE FEAST DAY. NOW ÃÃI WILL TALK OF A BOOK. THE BOOK OF REVELATION.

[00:35:03]

IT'S CHRIST'S VISIONS AT THE END, THE POWERS OF DARKNESS ARE CONQUERED.

THE SEVEN ANGELS AND SEVEN MESSAGE AND IT IS LIKE A LEOPARD RISES FROM THE SEA WITH 10 HANDS. THE ANTICHRIST. IT SPEAKS LIKE A DRAGON.IT FORCES EARTH'S INHABITANTS PER THE ONE FROM THE EARTH TO WORSHIP THE FIRST BEAST AND ELUDES THEM. REVELATION 1911 THEN SHOWS JESUS OF THE SACRED HEART.

JOHN SAYS I SAW HEAVEN. WIDE OPEN. THERE BEFORE ME WAS A WHITE HORSE. IT'S WRITER'S NAME WAS FAITHFUL AND TRUE FOR HAITI IS JUST AND JUDGMENT AND JUST IN WAR. ON HIS HEAD ARE MANY CROWNS. HE IS CALLED THE WORD OF GOD.

ARMIES OF HEAVEN FOLLOWED HIM ON WHITE HORSES. FROM HIS MOUTH, THERE GOES A SHARP SWORD. WITH WHICH TO SMITE THE NATIONS.

HE TRENDS THE ONE PRESENT THE RAPID RETRIBUTION OF GOD ON HIS ROBE AND THIGH AS THE NAME KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS. THIS IS JESUS OF THE SACRED HEART AND VICTORY.

NOW ÃTO INSPECT THE BOOKS. THAT'S A GOOD BOOK. THAT'S A POWERFUL BOOK.

THAT BOOK GIVES US HOPE. I STILL OPPOSE THE EVIL BOOKS THAT REMAIN IN THE AUBURN LIBRARY. THEY SEXUALIZE CHILDREN. THEY URGED THEM TO UNNATURAL SIN. " PLACED THESE BOOKS THERE WILL BE MADE KNOWN TO THE CITY AND THEIR NAMES KNOWN. THEY SHOULD RESIGN NOW. THANK YOU.

>>THANK YOU. >>WHO WILL BE NEXT? ANYONE?

WE WILL CLOSE CITIZENS TO MEDICATION. >>MAYOR, JAIME ÃÃSINCE COMMUNICATION INCLUDES JUSTICE BASICALLY MEGAN ÃÃYOU KNOW OFF THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD AS HER PERSONAL DIRECTOR OF ALL TIME Ã THIS WAS THE COST ÃTHIS WILL PERCENTAGE THIS PERSONAL COST

TO THE CITY OF AUBURN AND THE YEARLY BUDGET? >>MY FINANCE DIRECTOR WOULD NOT OR MY CODIRECTOR WERE BELOW 50 PERCENT OF THE GENERAL FUND BUDGET.

MUCH BELOW IN THE 40S. HE WOULD CALL THE NUMBER. >>I DO NOT KNOW THE NUMBER OF

THE TOP OF MY HEAD. >>YOU COULD LOOK IN THE BUDGET. IT'S BELOW 50 PERCENT.

MOST CITIES IN THE 7080 PERCENT RANGE. AS FOR BUDGET PERSONNEL EXPENSES. THE 900 EMPLOYEE MARK IS ALSO IS BECAUSE YOU AT PART-TIME EMPLOYEES AND IN THE SUMMERTIME WE DO A LOT OF CAMS AND OTHER THINGS AND EMPLOY EXTRA PEOPLE

IN THE SUMMER. >>FOR YEARS, WE'VE DONE LESS WITH MORGAN THE CITY OF AUBURN WHEN IT COMES TO EMPLOYEES. I'M VERY PROUD OF WHAT WE'VE DONE HERE IN THIS CITY.

I TOO WAS A PART OF THAT 10 YEARS AGO WORKING HERE. AND BELIEVE ME ÃÃI HAVE EMPLOYEES FROM THE CITY MANAGER AT THE VERY BOTTOM EMPLOYEE YOU MAY WANT TO CALL WHO THAT MAY BE. THEY EARN THEIR MONEY HERE IN THE CITY OF AUBURN.

THEY WORK FOR AND ARE PROUD TO WORK FOR THIS ORGANIZATION. AND AS FAR AS HAVING A GOOD CITY MANAGER ÃÃI EVEN WORKED HERE AND WE HAD SUCH A GOOD CITY MANAGER AND AS AN EMPLOYEE AT THE BOTTOM OF IT ÃÃWE SUFFERED FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. BECAUSE OF LACK OF LEADERSHIP.

I WILL NOT CALL YOU NAMES. I WILL NOT DO ANYBODY THAT WAY ÃÃBUT JUST TO MAKE CLEAR ON THAT ÃÃJUST SO YOU ALL KNOW Ã ÃOUR UNDERSTANDING IS ABOUT BUDGET.

EVERY YEAR. IS A 50 PERCENT OR LESS OF EMPLOYEES.

>>THAT THE GOAL OF OURS AND WE'VE ACHIEVED IT. ALL 26 YEARS I WORKED FOR THE

CITY. >>70 TO 80 PERCENT SOMETIMES. >>YES SIR.

>>AS FAR AS THE OTHER SPEAKER WE HAD HERE TONIGHT. I WANT TO SAY THAT I SUPPORT ALL POLICE. IF THEY ARE WRONG, I WILL SUPPORT THEM, BUT THEY WERE COME ON GO SUPPORT THEM TO THE DATE THAT I'M DYING. I WAS SUPPORTING IT SINCE I WAS OLD ENOUGH TO SEE POLICE OFFICERS WALK THROUGH THE STORE.

MY FAMILY SUPPORTS THEM IN MY FAMILY FOR GENERATIONS HAS SUPPORT THEM AND WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THEM. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SAY TONIGHT THAT ONE OF OUR COUNSEL PEOPLE HAS TAKEN FLIGHT BECAUSE OF IT. I'VE READ DISPARAGING REMARKS ON SOCIAL MEDIA. MS. CONNIE AND THINGS THAT WERE SAID ABOUT HER.

NOBODY WORKS HARDER FOR THE COMMUNITY THING CONNIE TAYLOR. I DON'T AGREE WITH EVERYTHING SHE SAYS AND DOES. PROBABLY MORE THAN I AGREE WITH HER ON THINGS.

>>REALLY? [LAUGHTER]

>>I WILL SAY THIS. SHE TAKES HER JOB TO HEART. SHE DOES WHAT'S BEST FOR THE COMMUNITY AND I AM PROUD TO WORK AND SERVE WITH HER ON THIS COUNSEL.

AND AGAIN ÃÃLASTLY I WANT TO LEAVE IN YOUR MIND, I WILL SUPPORT THE AUBURN POLICE IF THEY ARE RIGHT. IF THEY'RE WRONG, I'M THE FIRST ONE TO SAY THAT THEY ARE WRONG.

WHEN THEY ARE RIGHT, I'M GONNA STAND BY THEM AND IF YOU LIKE THE ENTIRE CITY WILL STAND BY THEM AND I APPRECIATE THE WORK THAT OUR OFFICERS AND MEN AND WOMEN DO.

BECAUSE OF THE MEN AND WOMEN IN OUR POLICE FORCE, THEY NEED TO GET A GOOD NIGHTS REST AND ENTERED MY FAMILY CAN GET A GOOD NIGHTS REST AND MY WIFE OR CHILD DRIVING ACROSS TOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT BECAUSE I KNOW A GOOD POLICE OFFICER THERE IS TAKING CARE OF US AND

[00:40:01]

I APPRECIATE THAT IT'S A TOUGH JOB AND I APPRECIATE IT AND THANK YOU FOR LISTENING TO ME.

>THANK YOU. >>I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU. I'M ALSO THAT TO THE PEOPLE SUPPORT ME IN THIS THE DECISIONS THAT I HAVE TO MAKE ON THIS COUNSEL? AND IT'S NOT PERSONAL. BUT I DO HAVE TO FOLLOW THE LAW.
