AS YOU KNOW COASTAL CAROLINA VISITED THE AUBURN TIGERS RECENTLY TO FACE OFF IN THE NCAA BASEBALL TOURNAMENT. AS COASTAL BASEBALL FANS MY WIFE AND I TRAVELED TO WATCH THE GAMES AND CHEER ON THE TEAM. TURNING INTO A FOREIGN ENVIRONMENT WAS SUCH AN IMPORTANT SERIES IS INTIMIDATING FOR VISITING FANS HOWEVER NOTHING COULD HAVE BEEN MORE INCORRECT THAN THIS MISCONCEPTION. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO SUCH A FRIENDLY CITY AS AUBURN. FROM THE MINUTE WE ARRIVED WE WERE GREETED WITH NOTHING BUT THE MOST SINCERE KINDNESS THAT I THINK COULD BE ACHIEVED. THE HOTEL STAFF WAS TOP-NOTCH, THE SERVERS AT ALL RESTAURANTS WERE AMAZING. EVEN THE COUNTER FOLKS AT TUMORS DRUGS WERE AWARE WE WERE COASTAL FANS AND THEN WE WERE THERE FOR THE GAME AND THEY WELCOMED US LIKE WE WERE FRIENDS OR NEIGHBORS, EVEN AFTER GAME ONE ENDED AT 2:00 A.M. COLLEGE STUDENTS THAT WALK BACK WITH US DOWNTOWN WERE COMPLEMENTARY AND CORDIAL AND FINE AMBASSADORS OF YOUR CITY. I PERSONALLY DO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING FOR MY STAFF IN CONWAY, BEFORE THIS WEEKEND I WOULD'VE SAID WE WERE THE FRIENDLY'S LUNCH YOU COULD FIND.
