AS THE REVENUE OFFICE BEGAN REPARATION FOR THE LICENSE RENEWAL SEASON, THREE BECAME VACANT, AS THE REVENUE MANAGER TOLD AND REASSIGNED JOB POSITIONS, THEY INJURED ALL CRITICAL TASKS WERE HANDLED, SHE WORKED TIRELESSLY AFTER NORMAL WORK HOURS TO FILL THE GAP. IN TURN, TAXPAYERS WERE NOT AFFECTED BY THE CHALLENGES IN THE OFFICE, WHEN THE VACANT POSITIONS WERE FILLED, SHE PREPARED A TRAINING PROGRAM FOR THE LICENSING RENEWAL. . SHE COLLABORATED WITH MANAGEMENT AND OTHER CITY STAFF ON THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAYS TO ADDRESS SEVERAL DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS. SHE IMPLEMENTED COLLECTION STRATEGIES THAT RESULTED IN THE COLLECTION OF DELINQUENT REVENUE. ENFORCEMENT OF REGULATIONS IS NOT EASY, ESPECIALLY WHEN RELATED TO TAX ASSESSMENT, OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND HER EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF RULES AND REGULATIONS MAKE HER AN INCREDIBLY VALUABLE TEAM MEMBER IN THE CITY OF AUBURN, THE CITY'S CORE VALUES OF INTEGRITY, RELIABILITY, FAIRNESS, AND PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE ARE EXPECTED OF EVERY EMPLOYEE AND SHE REGULARLY DISPLAYS THESE VALUES, SHE CARES ABOUT THIS CITY, AND THE CITIZENS AND TAXPAYERS.
